Valentine's Flower Delivery
Voted Best Florist In Long Beach California in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014!
Valentine's Day is the single busiest floral holiday of the year. Flower shops all over the United States will be working fast and furious this week and next to ensure that everyone who wants to send flowers can be served. This year, we anticipate delivering several thousand flower arrangements during Valentine's week. We just finished putting up our 2014 Valentine's Day product pages and expect to begin receiving Valentine's flower orders within the next few weeks.
We can handle more flower deliveries than most of the other flower shops in Long Beach. Even though we have a large team of flower delivery professionals, we still historically fill to maximum delivery capacity virtually every Valentine's Day. There is a reason they call this the single busiest flower day of the year! Second only to Mother's Day in terms of total flower purchases. We begin taking flower orders as early as February the 1st. The smart folks who want to send flowers are generally aware of the crush we and other florists are under at Valentine's. They usually order days ahead of time. That allows them to pick from all of the choicest delivery times and dates. If you are one of those folks who waits until the last minute, you may have trouble finding a florist who can accomplish your Valentine's delivery, at the last minute. We strongly encourage you to order early. For best results, we suggest you think about scheduling your Valentine's delivery for a day or even two days prior to actual Valentine's Day.
Valentine's Day Delivery Capacity Will Likely Fill Up - Order Early To Ensure Your Flowers Can Be Delivered In Time For Valentine's!
There are tons of reasons you should consider placing your Valentine's order early. Ordering early saves you money. Prices during Valentine's week generally increase, due to cost increases we experience coming from the farms and growers we buy from. This is something every flower shop has to face. Our situation is better than most in that we buy so much farm direct product that we can generally negotiate better rates. The small flower shops really have the raise their prices because most of them don't have the buying capacity to purchase farm-direct. They generally purchase from Wholesalers, who have already marked up the cost of the flowers to cover the increases they paid to the farms.
If you plan to have your arrangement delivered to an office or workplace, doing so a day or two before Valentine's ensures that your special someone will definitely be the talk of the office. Everyone is going to notice that stunning flower arrangement on their desk. Early delivery also ensures that your special someone will get to enjoy Valentine's week and not just one single day.
For 2014, Valentine's Day will fall on a Friday. Anytime a major flower delivery holiday falls right before a weekend, it creates challenges. The biggest challenge comes from the fact that so many folks like to leave early on a Friday to get an early start on their weekend. If you are planning to have your order delivered to an office, we encourage you to schedule your delivery for either Wednesday or Thursday. We will have hundreds of deliveries to make on Valentine's Day, making it impossible to get all arrangements delivered before the end of the normal work day.
All Valentine's Day Flower Arrangement Are Backed By Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!
Historically, the Valentine's Day flowers our customers order from us, tend to be of the more luxurious and elaborate variety. These larger, premium flower arrangements take up more room in the delivery vans. We are always careful not to pack the trucks to tightly to ensure that each arrangement travels safely to it's intended Valentine. This adds to the tactical challenges of handling hundreds of deliveries on Valentine's Day, but, for us that just part of the fun!
Valentine's Day is the single busiest day of the year for florists all over the United States. It's no different for us. We expect to deliver more floral arrangements this year than at any other time in our history. The design center will be absolutely humming all week creating stunning rose arrangements and gorgeous and ultra luxurious floral arrangements. We will have plenty of beautiful roses on hand, available in red, yellow, pink and lavender. We also plan to order plenty of Holland tulips, in red, purple and other colors.
We buy our flowers direct from the growers. We purchase for both domestic flower farms and international growers as well. Buying direct ensures that the flowers we sell won't have spent extend periods of time in coolers at the wholesale houses. Our flowers will come direct from the growers and we opt for the premium, highest quality available. We are looking for roses with longer stems and gorgeous, large blooms. We opt for quality over quantity every time we buy. Bypassing the wholesale house allows the flowers we design for you to get to you sooner, meaning you, or your Valentine will get to enjoy them that much longer.
From a design perspective, we will be bringing in all of our most talented floral designers to help with the extra workload. We truly love Valentine's Day because, along with Mother's Day, it's the one week of the year where our whole team gets to spend time together. I can't tell you how much fun it is to have all our designers together at the same time, working to create Valentine's smiles all over Los Angeles & Orange Counties. The design room will be filled with the aroma of all those incredible flower varieties that we are bringing in. The sites, sounds and smells of the design room are simply incredible. Won't surprise us at all if one of the local news crews happens to pop in to get some footage of the team in action. Valentine's Day is a favorite holiday for media to write and report on. No surprising in that more flowers are sold on Valentine's Day than any other single day of the year.
